What We Do

At Malach, we truly are a One-Stop-Shop — we do everything from start to finish under our own roof, adding to our high level of agility and efficiency. Our facilities and professional expertise enable us to cut, lathe, machine, powder coat or paint, assemble and deliver to your exact specifications.

Engineering & Programming

We use Solidworks™ 3D solid modelling software to ensure that every part we manufacture is reconstructed and analyzed against the customer’s requirements or printed before it gets onto the shop floor. We can import engineering models from virtually any CAD platform.

Tool & Die

Complete design and build capability: press tooling, weld fixtures, custom production lines and machines. Malach’s extensive in-house engineering experience enables the development of unique fixtures to support your cutting, welding, and machining needs.

Flat Laser

We provide laser-cutting services from the lightest gauge to 5/8″ of aluminum and several types of steel through a 24/7 automated operation. As a value-added service, we also undertake the assembly of laser-cut parts.

Tube Laser

High-speed laser cutting with precise control, minimal thermal distortion, and high-quality edges. Cuts a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. Handles tube diameters from 12mm to 240mm and accommodates tubes up to 8.5 meters in length.

Forming

We continually improve our internal processes within our Brakes Department by adding new technology and utilizing revolutionary production techniques, reducing set-up time and increasing efficiency by achieving dependable repeatability in complex precision products.

Welding

Malach can weld metal as thin as 28 gauge up to 1″ along with thin gauge aluminum. Our highly trained and experienced welders develop creative welding solutions for metal parts manufactured from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Machining

Malach’s full-service machine shop is equipped with the latest technology in CNC (computer numerical control) milling and turning centers. We can take our customer’s product from prototype to large volume production runs and assembly – all under one roof.

Powder Coating & Finishing

Give your product the scratch-resistant, long-lasting finish that only powder coating can provide! This specialized process provides surfaces with excellent hardness and abrasion/impact resistance and improved product performances over most liquid coatings.
