Pool Project Roadmap
Step 1: Choose your pool’s shape, size, and features.
We provide customers with standardized pricing for common pool configurations, and we provide sales teams with corresponding drawings.
Step 2: Pool drawing is complete within 24 hours.
If you’ve requested a quote with the drawing, we’ll send them together. Otherwise, we’ll send the quote within 24 hours of the drawing’s approval.
Step 3: Production and assembly.
Production begins once the quote and drawings are confirmed, and we’ll provide assembly drawings for easy on-site installation.
Step 4: Putting together your pool kit.
Less than two weeks later, your pool kit will be shipped to your warehouse, jobsite, or cross docking location for convenient pickup.
Step 5: We bring your pool to life!
Installation day! As your pool is installed, a Malach representative will be available for any questions that may arise.
